Free, 45 minutes.
What is driving the deadline, what is already in place, and what the real constraint is.
Assessment
Fixed-fee, time-boxed.
A documented current state against the applicable framework, with findings ranked by risk and effort.
Roadmap
Yours to keep.
A prioritized remediation plan with sequencing, owners, and effort estimates. The deliverable is yours regardless of whether the engagement continues.
Execution or advisory
Hourly, project, or monthly retainer.
Hands-on remediation, or advisory support while your team executes.

Independence

Advisory and formal assessment are kept separate. This practice does not assess organizations it has advised.
